We want you to be happy with your purchase from Prairie Moon Market. As a small business working with slim margins, we do have a few return policies in place.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will need to provide clear photos of the damaged item and, when applicable, the packaging it arrived in.
Returns
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please contact Prairie Moon Market before returning any item. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Herbs and Herbal Products
All sales of herbs, herbal products, and herb-based products are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Costs
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Please understand that we are a small, locally owned shop and operate on slim margins. While these policies may seem strict, we will always do our best to work with you when there is a legitimate problem with an order.
